📍 Sennar State – Sudan
CAFA Development visit with UNICEF to support war-injured children
CAFA Development Organization – Sennar State Office conducted a field visit in cooperation with UNICEF to support children injured as a result of the war in Sennar State.
Medical and rehabilitation services for injured children
Comprehensive support is currently being provided to injured children, including:

Surgical operations for critical cases
-
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions
-
Mobility aids and assistive devices
-
Prosthetic devices to improve mobility and recovery
These services are being delivered in Sennar City and Suki (Sucker Sennar).
Humanitarian partnership to support conflict-affected children
This initiative is implemented in cooperation with the National Mine Action Center, aiming to support children affected by war remnants and enhance their recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society.
The intervention reflects the commitment of humanitarian partners to provide medical and rehabilitation care for the most vulnerable groups, especially children affected by conflict.

زيارة منظمة كافا للتنمية بالتعاون مع اليونيسف لدعم الأطفال المصابين بالحرب
قامت منظمة كافا للتنمية – مكتب ولاية سنار بزيارة ميدانية بالتعاون مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة ، وذلك لدعم الأطفال المصابين جراء الحرب في ولاية سنار.
خدمات طبية وتأهيلية للأطفال المصابين
يتم حالياً تقديم دعم شامل للأطفال المصابين يشمل:

إجراء عمليات جراحية للحالات المحتاجة
-
توفير جلسات علاج طبيعي وتأهيل
-
توفير أدوات ومعدات مساعدة للحركة
-
توفير أجهزة تعويضية لتحسين القدرة الحركية
ويجري تنفيذ هذه التدخلات في مدينتي سنار وسكر سنار.
شراكة إنسانية لدعم الأطفال المتأثرين بالحرب
تأتي هذه الجهود بالتعاون مع المركز القومي للألغام، بهدف دعم الأطفال المتأثرين بمخلفات الحرب وتعزيز فرصهم في التعافي وإعادة التأهيل والاندماج في المجتمع.
وتؤكد هذه المبادرة التزام الشركاء الإنسانيين بتوفير الرعاية الطبية والتأهيلية للفئات الأكثر ضعفاً، وخاصة الأطفال المتضررين من النزاع.
