As we bid farewell to 2025, a year filled with projects, achievements, successes, and even setbacks, we recognize that every experience was not a reason to stop or go back, but a strong motivator for resilience, creativity, and perseverance. We are a people built to remain strong, and volunteer and humanitarian work is a core religious, human, and social value. Humanitarian workers are truly messengers of humanity.

The Mobile Clinics Project, implemented by Cafa  in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Humanitarian Aid Commission under the Reproductive Health Program, stands as a living example of dedication and perseverance. For three consecutive weeks, the project reached neighborhoods, districts, and villages across Omdurman, Bahri, and East Nile Localities, providing humanitarian and health services to citizens tirelessly, overcoming long distances, difficult conditions, and many challenges, with strong cooperation and organization from the local communities.

At Cafa Khartoum Office, we operate by the principle: “No despair with hope.” All Kafa projects are considered successful and purposeful, serving communities and meeting their needs. However, the Mobile Clinics Project holds a special place, being one of the most challenging and exhausting projects, yet remains among the most remarkable achievements of this period.

As this marks the end of the year and the conclusion of the project, the mobile clinics were officially concluded today at the organization’s headquarters in Al-Hattana, with a health day for local residents, as part of the ongoing initiatives to serve the host community.
