Following a three-day field mission to the southern border of Sennar State with the Republic of South Sudan, the CAFA Development Organization – Sennar State Office team safely returned to Singa. The team completed a field assessment in Al-Turro area, Dali, and Al-Mazmoum Locality.

Supporting Digital Education Planning

The mission was part of the Digital Education Project, funded by the World Bank and implemented in partnership with UNICEF and Sadagaat Charity Organization. The project aims to expand access to quality education through digital learning. In particular, it focuses on underserved and hard-to-reach communities.

Collecting Data for Better Decisions

During the visit, the team carried out field assessments and collected community data. In addition, they identified local needs and priorities. This information will support effective planning and help ensure the successful implementation of digital education activities in the targeted areas.

Reaching Remote Communities

CAFA Development Organization remains committed to reaching remote communities across Sudan. Furthermore, the organization works closely with its partners to improve access to inclusive, equitable, and sustainable education. As a result, more children can benefit from quality learning opportunities through digital education initiatives.
