On 10 August 2026, the Digital Education Project Facilitators’ Training Workshop was officially launched at the CAFA Development Organization – Sennar Office, targeting 20 facilitators from six localities across Sennar State.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Salah Adam Abdullah, Director General of the Ministry of Education and Guidance in Sennar State, along with the Director of Adult Education, NGO Coordinator, and a representative of the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC).

The workshop is being conducted as part of the implementation of out-of-school education programmes under the Sennar State Emergency Education Response Plan. It focuses on strengthening the use of appropriate educational tools in emergency and exceptional circumstances, while equipping facilitators with modern teaching knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver more effective education that responds to the needs of children and affected communities.
