As 2025 comes to an end, CAFA Development Organization reflects on a year filled with achievements, challenges, and valuable experiences.
Despite the difficulties, each challenge became a source of strength, resilience, and innovation.

Moreover, humanitarian work remains a core value that reflects compassion, solidarity, and commitment to communities in need.

Mobile Clinics Project: Reaching Communities

The Mobile Clinics Project, implemented by CAFA in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Humanitarian Aid Commission, was carried out under the Reproductive Health Program.

Over three consecutive weeks, the project reached communities across Omdurman, Bahri, and East Nile.
During this period, medical teams delivered essential health services to residents in neighborhoods, villages, and underserved areas.

Despite long distances and difficult conditions, the teams continued their work with dedication.
In addition, strong community cooperation played a key role in the project’s success.

Commitment and Impact

At CAFA Khartoum Office, the guiding principle remains: “No despair with hope.”
Accordingly, all projects aim to serve communities and respond to their urgent needs.

However, the Mobile Clinics Project stands out as one of the most challenging initiatives.
At the same time, it represents one of the most impactful and successful achievements of the year.

As the project concludes, the mobile clinics officially ended their activities at CAFA headquarters in Al-Hattana.
