CAFA Organization participated in the Cash Assistance Forum organized by CARE International in Khartoum, with the honorable presence of the Minister of Social Development – Khartoum State, Mr. Siddiq Hassan Fereini, and the Commissioner of the Humanitarian Aid Commission, Mr. Khalid Abdelrahim.

The forum brought together representatives of local and international organizations working in cash assistance, where reports on cash and food support projects for the year 2025 were presented, along with discussions on challenges, achievements, and recommendations to enhance coordination and improve service delivery.

The Minister praised the role of humanitarian organizations in providing cash assistance to targeted groups, including people with chronic diseases, while the Commissioner emphasized the importance of coordination and compliance with guidelines to ensure fair beneficiary selection and better impact for communities.
