Conclusion of the First Training Workshop

On March 3, 2026, CAFA for Development concluded its first training workshop for staff and volunteers.
The workshop aimed to strengthen understanding of the organization’s departments and internal offices. In addition, it focused on improving performance and efficiency.

Finance and Accounting Workshop

Initially, the training covered Finance and Accounting, delivered by Mr. Osman, CAFA’s Finance Director in Khartoum.
The workshop lasted three days. During this period, participants learned about financial management processes.

Moreover, the sessions included preparing project financial documents. They also covered budgeting for different activities.

Participation and Next Steps

The workshop brought together staff from various departments and volunteers. As a result, it reflected strong engagement and collaboration.

Furthermore, additional sessions will cover other departments. Therefore, this initiative marks an important step toward strengthening internal capacity and enhancing institutional performance 🌙💪
