Training for Health Workers Supporting Nutrition Survey

As part of the Integrated Health and Nutrition Response Project, CAFA Development Organization, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and with support from UNICEF, implemented a training course for health workers in Al-Nuhud.

The training targeted those participating in a comprehensive survey focusing on children under five years of age, as well as pregnant and lactating women.

Survey Implementation

The survey was conducted over seven days to assess health and nutrition conditions among vulnerable groups.
It also aimed to strengthen data collection and improve response planning.

Role of Volunteers and Community Engagement

During the training, facilitators emphasized the critical role of volunteers.
Specifically, they highlighted their contribution to correcting misconceptions and delivering key health messages.
