As part of CAFA for Development’s efforts to build staff and volunteer capacity, the organization launched its second training workshop on Protection and Code of Conduct (PSEA), delivered by Ms. Doaa Ali – HR Director.

The workshop introduced participants to desired and undesired behaviors, reporting responsibilities, and PSEA fundamentals. It also included practical sessions on:
✔️ Job application processes
✔️ Writing and sending professional emails
✔️ Reviewing CVs
✔️ Formal email responses

Participants also discussed HR-related topics such as salaries and tax deductions. The workshop was attended by a large number of staff and volunteers, and will be followed by additional sessions covering other departments 🌙💪
