As part of its capacity-building efforts, CAFA for Development launched its second training workshop on Protection and Code of Conduct (PSEA).
The session was delivered by Ms. Doaa Ali, HR Director.

During the workshop, participants were introduced to expected and inappropriate behaviors. In addition, they learned about reporting responsibilities and key PSEA principles.

The training also included practical sessions on essential workplace skills. For example, participants practiced:
✔️ Job application processes
✔️ Writing and sending professional emails
✔️ Reviewing CVs
✔️ Responding to formal emails

Moreover, discussions covered HR-related topics such as salaries and tax deductions.
A large number of staff and volunteers attended, reflecting strong engagement.

Finally, additional sessions are planned to cover other departments. Therefore, this initiative contributes to strengthening professional skills and organizational standards 🌙💪
