Capacity-Building Training for Staff – 2026 Plan

As part of its 2026 strategic plan, CAFA Development Organization – Gedaref Office, in collaboration with Al-Ru’a Training Center, is conducting a series of capacity-building training sessions for staff.

The initiative aims to enhance skills and improve the overall quality of services.

Training Programs and Topics

The training program includes several key areas:

1️⃣ English Communication – delivered by Dr. Sadiq Ibrahim (IOM) – 90 hours
2️⃣ Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) – delivered by Dr. Abdulrahman (FAO) – 60 hours
3️⃣ Computer Skills and Data Collection – delivered by Dr. Ahmed (DRC) – 75 hours

Schedule and Implementation

The sessions are held daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the organization’s premises.
They will continue according to the planned schedule.

Moreover, the structured approach ensures consistent learning and practical skill development.
