As part of the Child Well-being Improvement Project for children and families affected by war, CAFA for Development, in partnership with UNICEF and in coordination with the Humanitarian Aid Commission and the State Council for Child Welfare, conducted specialized training on care for war-affected children.

The training targeted 50 participants from Managil, South Al-Jazirah, and Greater Madani localities. Moreover, it aimed to enhance the skills of frontline workers to better support vulnerable children.

In addition, a workshop on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) case management was organized. This session included 50 staff members, such as child-friendly space workers, social workers, and case management officers across the same localities.

Through these initiatives, child protection is strengthened, and frontline workers are empowered to deliver more effective services. Therefore, this represents a significant step toward improving the well-being of affected communities 🌙💪
