As part of the Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance Project, CAFA Development Organization conducted a training workshop for data collectors in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC).

The workshop targeted six volunteers, including three men and three women, and aimed to strengthen their skills in using beneficiary registration forms for the project.

In addition, the training was facilitated by an IRC representative and attended by representatives from the Humanitarian Aid Commission.

During the workshop, participants learned about data collection procedures and accurate registration methods. Furthermore, discussions highlighted the importance of adhering to humanitarian principles and standards during field activities.

Ultimately, these efforts contribute to strengthening the capacity of project teams and improving the quality of humanitarian response, ensuring that cash assistance reaches targeted beneficiaries in an effective, transparent, and equitable manner 🌙💪
