Solar-Powered Water System in East Gezira Sudan ☀️💧

As part of the Multi-Sectoral Response Project, CAFA Development Organization implemented a solar-powered water system in East Gezira Sudan at Al-Buwaida village water station.

The activity covered health, nutrition, WASH, and food security sectors. In addition, it was implemented in partnership with RI Organization, with support from the Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SHF), and in coordination with the Water Department.

Improving Access to Clean Water in East Gezira Sudan

The solar-powered water system in East Gezira Sudan aims to improve access to safe and clean water services for local communities.

Moreover, more than 7,500 people are benefiting from this sustainable intervention. The project also supports environmentally friendly solutions that strengthen community resilience and essential services.

منظومة طاقة شمسية للمياه في شرق الجزيرة – السودان ☀️💧

ضمن مشروع الاستجابة متعددة القطاعات، نفذت منظمة كافا للتنمية منظومة طاقة شمسية للمياه في شرق الجزيرة – السودان، وذلك بمحطة مياه قرية البويضاء.

ويغطي المشروع قطاعات الصحة، التغذية، المياه والإصحاح والأمن الغذائي. كما تم تنفيذ النشاط بالشراكة مع منظمة RI، وبدعم من الصندوق الإنساني للسودان وبالتنسيق مع إدارة المياه.

تحسين الوصول إلى المياه النظيفة في شرق الجزيرة – السودان

تهدف منظومة الطاقة الشمسية للمياه في شرق الجزيرة – السودان إلى تحسين الوصول إلى خدمات المياه الآمنة والنظيفة للمجتمعات المحلية.
