📍 Gezira State – Sudan
As part of the Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance Project, CAFA Development Organization conducted a training workshop for data collectors in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
The workshop targeted 6 volunteers, including 3 men and 3 women. It aimed to strengthen their skills in using beneficiary registration forms for the project.
In addition, the training was facilitated by an IRC trainer and attended by representatives from the Humanitarian Aid Commission.
During the workshop, participants learned about data collection methods and accurate registration procedures. Furthermore, the sessions highlighted the importance of following humanitarian standards during field activities.
Ultimately, these activities contribute to strengthening field teams and improving the quality of humanitarian response, ensuring that cash assistance reaches vulnerable communities effectively and fairly 🌙💪

ضمن مشروع المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض، نفذت منظمة كافا للتنمية ورشة تدريبية لجامعي البيانات بالشراكة مع لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية .
استهدفت الورشة 6 متطوعين، بينهم 3 رجال و3 نساء. وهدفت إلى تعزيز مهاراتهم في استخدام استمارات تسجيل المستفيدين الخاصة بالمشروع.
كما قدم التدريب ميسر من لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية، بحضور ممثلين من مفوضية العون الإنساني.
وخلال الورشة، تعرّف المشاركون على آليات جمع البيانات وطرق التسجيل الدقيقة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تمت مناقشة أهمية الالتزام بالمعايير الإنسانية أثناء العمل الميداني.
وفي الختام، تسهم هذه الأنشطة في تعزيز كفاءة فرق العمل وتحسين جودة الاستجابة الإنسانية، بما يضمن وصول المساعدات النقدية إلى الفئات المستهدفة بصورة فعّالة وعادلة 🌙💪
